- What We Believe
Purpose:
The purpose is two-fold:
1. That your experience in a cross-cultural mission field will deepen your relationship with God, strengthen your faith, develop your heart for service and equip you to care for and deliver the Good News to those in need.
2. That your service will help grow the kingdom of God here in Utah. Your hands and feet will help us to show the love of Jesus, by helping those in need and inviting people to our house churches.
Mission:
To provide an effective cross-cultural ministry experience that transforms lives, influences churches and communities and honors Christ.
Goals:
Change!
God took a group of real people (fisherman and tax collectors) and used them to turn the world upside-down. Change!! (Acts 17:6)
Your walk with Christ will change!! You will be ON FIRE for Jesus. Your priorities will change in light of your experience of being His hands and feet to a hurting world.
Your life will change!! You will have new eyes. You will return home with a new vision & understanding of how your faith can transform your life and home community.
Your future will change!! Many times after an ADI trip, students’ future direction changes. They change their school major, career direction or both. These students discovered the Adventure (call) that God has called them to.
Our mission field will change. Utah is just 1.5% Evangelical Christian. This makes Utah the largest mission field in America. Your time in our mission field will help transform this culture for Christ. Change!!
