Mission Trip Expenses
The majority of our revenue is invested directly into the Student Missionary’s trip.
· Housing- ADI pays a per-person per-night rate for each person in your group.
· Food- ADI provides three meals a day for each person in your group.
· Training- ADI provides pre-training, hands-on on-sight training, and post-training
· Insurance- ADI is covered, and prepared, with liability, health, and other insurances.
Administration
The administration team handles all incoming and outgoing financial transactions; oversees all of the details involved in registering, confirming and supplying serving groups; manages all of our books and accounts and advertising; as well as helping out wherever needed. They do an incredible job within a limited budget!
Tithe
ADI tithes a portion of its revenues to local churches, shelters, missions and other organizations that we work with directly in our Mission field.
Training
ADI has created, and continues to update, thorough training and development programs for its full-time and intern staff. Once a year, ADI gathers its entire full-time staff for a planning retreat and also conducts regional training seminars on an annual basis.
Travel
ADI spends very little on travel expenses. At times the director does need to travel to train a group that is coming on a short-term missions trip or to speak at a church or college about ADI Student Missions. However, we try to keep these expenses down to allow most of our funding to go directly to the mission trips.
